    Your first visit

You can visit without an appointment. Checking in online may shorten your wait.

    1. Online check-in (optional)

Get a queue number from your smartphone before you come. You can also simply walk in.

    2. Reception

Please show your My Number health insurance card (or health insurance card) and medication record book. New patients are accepted until 30 minutes before closing.

    3. Consultation

After you fill in a short questionnaire, the doctor will ask about your symptoms and how long they have lasted.

    4. Payment

We explain any tests or medication, then you pay at reception.

    What to bring

    • My Number health insurance card or health insurance card
    • Medication record book (if you take any medication)
    • Referral letter or test results (if you have them)

    Online check-in

You can get a queue number before you come, using the check-in service the clinic uses. Your name and other details are kept by that service, not on this website.

    How online check-in works

    1. Open the check-in service page with the button below.
    2. Choose a department and get a queue number. The current number and an estimated wait are shown.
    3. Come to the clinic when your turn is near.

You can cancel your check-in on the same service page.

This is a sample, so it does not connect to a check-in service. On the real site, the check-in service the clinic uses opens here.

    FAQ

Can I visit without checking in online?

Yes. Patients are seen in order of check-in, including online check-in, so you may need to wait.

I don't know which department to see.

See “Symptoms we can help with” for the main symptoms each department treats. If you are unsure, please feel free to call us.

How do I cancel my online check-in?

You can cancel on the check-in service page. You can also call us (sample).

    Is there parking?
